As a Unit holder, I’m quite satisfied on what MTSL had done so. I will only throw my support behind the decision of the court on who is right. At the moment all parties are right until proven guilty.
But your actions must NOT in any way interfere with the normal operations of the fund such as The share purchase exercise, The share redemption exercises (Most members have waited long enought, many had died,etc) because of infightings at the top level at the expense of little people.
